By gaining access to and/or using the Site and completing the On-line Registration form, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations. The Site is owned and operated by Shams Gymnastics Club LLC (license number: 793519), with our registered adress at Al Ferdous 2, Shop Nr: 3, Al Wasl Road, Dubai, UAE and we reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting the new version on the Site, so please check regularly.
Restrictions on Use The information and materials on the Site are provided for the personal use of customers or potential customers of SGC. It contains information on sessions, events, locations and news relative to the Academy. It also contains our registration form so you can reserve spots in our programs. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms and Conditions, none of the information nor any such content may be reproduced, copied, edited, published, transmitted, or downloaded in any way without SGC's prior written permission nor does SGC grant any expressed or implied right to you under any of its trademarks, copyrights or other proprietary information.
When registering withSGC we ask for the name, address, credit card details, telephone number and e-mail address of the Adult participant, Parent or Legal Guardian of the person wishing to register. We also ask for information concerning any medical conditions with regards the person(s) wishing to join the Academy so our staff/coaches can be made aware and in case of emergency. We reserve the right to take & use photographs and video recordings of your child & adult participants for publicity and promotional use by SGC activity directors, instructors, or their designate for publicity or promotion without notification or compensation.
All photographs, video recordings, papers written, or interviews taken with you and/or your child in association with a SGC activity is the intellectual property of SGC.
The Management will not be liable or responsible for any personal injury, accident or death, or any loss or damage to personal property or vehicles caused to or suffered by any visitors, participants, spectators or invitees attending any of the activities hosted by SGC. All participants, spectators and invitees will be responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance in relation to the conducted activities.
Information we collect and use:
When user registered and use our SHAMS App, you generally provide us your name, email address, user name, password and other registration information (“Personal Information”).We collect and store your Personal Information which is provided by you in the SHAMS app.
Our primary goals in collecting and using information are to provide and improve the Service, to administer and assist you in administering your Account on the Service, and to provide you with a better experience with the Service.

Camera/Storage
To store or access photos/Videos captured by you at the time of submit the post functionality in the app.
Internet
We are using the internet connection for the APIs connectivity to get and submit the data in the app
